Founded in 2003, University of Luxembourg (UL) is regarded as one of the most international universities in Europe and has obtained the 12th position in the 2020 Global ranking of Young Universities. As a vibrant and multilingual research university with high capacity in identifying global, regional, and national priorities in Science, law, finance, IT, health, history, education, and humanities, the UL departments have proudly attracted a wide number of funding including, 86 Horizon 2020 projects, 11 grants from the European Research Council (ERC), and from the Luxembourgish Fonds National de la Recherche.
Main Tasks in the Project
The PIONEERED project is led and coordinated by the UL’s Institute of Education and Society (InES) in the Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences. The UL is responsible for the overall coordination and successful delivery of all WPs of the project between 2021-2024; it will also lead WP1 and WP8 and will actively contribute to all other WPs, with an especially strong involvement in the secondary data analysis WP4, the synthesis work package (WP6) and in the dissemination (WP7) including the final conference and web platform. The coordinator, strongly experienced in carrying out international and multistakeholder projects, will be responsible for the fulfilment of all her tasks as set out in the Grant Agreement and in the work plan, thus ensuring the overall management of the PIONEERED project.
